It is very important that you read the description of each item thoroughly before placing any orders. There is a sizing chart included that provides detailed information to help you choose the correct size. It is also of equal importance that you recheck all the order details before you finalize the order or submitting the payment.
At this time, we do not accept returns because we do not hold inventory or stock for items made-to-order. If you wish to make a correction on your order, please contact the Customer Service team within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, you can no longer cancel it or adjust the information.
Because all items are made-to-order, you can only cancel your order and ask for a refund within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order will be sent to the fulfillment centers and you can no longer cancel it.
Exchanges and Replacement
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 30 days after delivery. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photo proof (of the item and shipping label) to receive prompt support. In case you are eligible for a replacement, we will send a new item free of charge and you can keep the defected one.
Please note that we typically do not accept exchange requests if it is an error on your end such as incorrect selections of sizes, designs or colors, etc.
If your refund request has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
